Governor Baker’s recent COVID relief initiatives has funding for planning! $9 million dollars has been allocated to the Local Rapid Recovery Plan (LRRP) program, which is being managed the Downtown Initiative of DHCD.

A call for consultants has been issued through an RFR posted at COMMBUYS, the State's procurement website.

Responses are due Fri., January 12, 2021, at 3 pm. DHCD is looking for multiple consultants to provide technical assistance to communities to plan for COVID-19 recovery.
